Uses: Dilute to use in blends for muscle and moontime massages. Widely used in the culinary world, a drop of Basil Essential Oil is perfect in olive oil, tea with honey, soups, salad dressings, and other savory delights. A drop or two will add a deep, spicy, sublime basil flavor to any culinary dish. Diffuse with citrus oils and firs; use in the salt pipe with Grapefruit and Eucalyptus oils. The aroma also has an affinity with clarity as we open meditatively to the cerebral sways of inner communication and intuition.

Contraindications: This sweet basil of the linalool, low estragole variety is very gentle, yet it is recommended to avoid basil during pregnancy.
